Tenting Options for TeamRaiser Events

If this TeamRaiser event is configured with extended (overnight) events, Tent Options will display in the Related Actions on the Event Options page. You can use the option to enable participants to search and select their tent mate online by sending an invitation to a team member from their Participant Center.

Set up tenting options for an event

1. From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

2. On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.

3. Click the Select Event Options task.

4. From Related Actions on the Event Options page, click Tent Options.

5. On the Configure Tent Options page, select Yes to enable tentmate selection.

   • For Online Tentmate Selection Start Date, select the date when participants can begin submitting their tentmate requests.

   • For Online Tentmate Selection End Date, select the date when tentmate selection ends.

6. Click Finish.

Note: After enabling tenting in Event Options, you must also enable tenting for the individual participation types from the Related Actions section of Manage Participation Types > Select Type Options.
