To review the file upload results

  1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

  2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click the Uploads tab.

  3. In Upload List on the Upload List page, locate the uploaded file and click Review from its Actions column to determine the number of records uploaded, new participant registrations created, existing participant registrations modified, new constituent records created, and so on.

  4. On the Upload Results page, if the uploaded file:

    • Contains errors:

      1. Click Download Errors from the Actions column.

      2. On the File Download pop-up, click the Open button.

      3. Scroll to the right to view the ERROR_CODES column.

      4. From Related Actions on the Upload List page, click View Error Codes for assistance interpreting the codes.

      5. Fix your errors and save the modified CSV file.

      6. Repeat the steps above until you are satisfied that the file is ready for processing.

    • Is Complete without errors, click Finish.
