Good Move Administrative Support Tools
With the TeamRaiser Good Move support portal, you can manage participants associated with your Good Move–enabled TeamRaisers. You can search for and view events and participants; for participants of activity tracking–enabled events, you can add, edit, or remove activities and points on their behalf.
To view all your organization’s Good Move–enabled events, from the TeamRaiser navigation bar, select Good Move Support. From here, you can search by event name, by event ID, or by whether the event has activity tracking enabled .
View Participants
To see all participants in an event, from the event’s ellipses menu, select View Participants. If the event does not have activity tracking enabled, you’ll see a list of all participants who’ve registered for the Good Move–enabled TeamRaiser, along with the participants’ email addresses.
Participants appearing on this list have access to the Good Move mobile app for this event. If a participant contacts your organization’s admin because they can’t access the Good Move app, verify that their name and correct email address appear on this list.
Manage Activities
If your event has activity tracking enabled, select the ellipses menu next to the participant’s name to Manage Activities. You can add, edit, or remove activities and points on behalf of a participant.
When you select Manage Activities, you’ll see the following details on all the activities the participant logged for your event:

Tracking Method (manual entry or connected device)

Distance (meters)

Duration (minutes)

Count (if applicable)

Steps (if applicable)

Points Awarded (based on the rule configuration set in the Good Move App Setup section )
You can manage activities for a participant in three ways:

Add New Activity
If a participant contacts your organization’s admin because they’re missing a completed activity in Good Move, select Add New Activity to add the activity details on their behalf.
Note: The only activities available to select are those that exist in the rule configuration for this event.
Tip: To ensure that a participant receives credit for the added activity, verify that the activity details align with the rule configuration set in the Good Move App Setup section.

Edit Activity
If the details of a participant’s activity are incorrect, from the activity’s ellipses menu, select Edit Activity.

Remove Activity
If a participant contacts your organization’s admin because they mistakenly added a duplicate activity, for example, from the activity’s ellipses menu, select Remove Activity. Verify the details of the activity and confirm Remove Activity to delete it from the participant’s record.
