To show only the names of donors, participants, or teams in the status indicators instead of money amounts in a single event

1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate event.

3. From the options along the left of the Identify TeamRaiser page, click the Select Event Options task.

4. From the Related Actions on the Select Event Options page, click Select Advanced Options.

5. On the Advanced Event Options Page, to disable the monetary amounts for:

   • Gifts, locate Top Gifts Status Indicator Displays Amounts and remove the default checkmark from its checkbox

   • Participants, locate Top Participants Status Indicator Displays Amounts and remove the default checkmark from its checkbox

   • Teams, locate Top Teams Status Indicator Displays Amounts and remove the default checkmark from its checkbox

6. Click Save.
