Understanding Team Honor Roll Status Indicators for Team List Pages

The Team Honor Roll status indicator (on the Team List page) displays as a scrolling list of the names of teams who have raised the most money. People who view a page containing this status indicator can click the Stop link to freeze the scrolling list at a certain point and then click the Start link to have the list continue to scroll.

By default, this status indicator:

• Has Fundraising Honor Roll as its title (although the Style is Team Honor Roll). You can customize the title to match terminology used by your site.

• Lists the names of the 20 teams who have raised the most money with the total monetary amount each team raised below their name.. The team with the most funds raised is shown first, followed by the team with the next largest amount, and so on. To show only the names of the participants without the monetary amounts raised, you can turn off the monetary amounts raised. Be aware that changing this order affects all status indicators that display participant lists. The default number (20) is controlled by a site option that can be decreased to show fewer names (contact Luminate Blackbaud Customer Support.)

• Uses most Dollars Raised as the Rank by criteria

• Displays on the Team List page of the TeamRaiser event

To reconfigure this status indicator on the default Team List Page, you can use the Style drop-down list to hide the list (with the None option) or replace it with a:

• Campaign Progress (Donation Form Status)

• Top Participants

• Top 5 Participants by Type

• Top 10 Participants by Type

• Top 5 Teams by Division

• Top 10 Teams by Division
