Registration Payment Refunds

You can refund all or part of the registration payment (including registration fees, upsell purchases, and an additional gift) made by a participant.

If the payment was made online with a credit card, you can select the option to process the refund directly to the credit card or you can reimburse the participant offline and record the refund in the database.
