For one-step Delayed Self-Pledge implementations, you'll follow this process to collect committed funds using the Delayed Self-Pledges tab in TeamRaiser.
One-step DSP pledges display automatically on the list.
Tip: As an option, Blackbaud Support can enable two-step Delayed Self-Pledges to display on the tab too, so you can process them from this tab.
Process Delayed Self-Pledges

Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

On the TeamRaiser list page, select Manage for the TeamRaiser event.

Click the Delayed Self-Pledges tab.

Select the participants whose self-pledge you'd like to process.

Click Process selected pledges.

On the confirmation screen, click Process.
(Optional) Bulk process all Delayed Self-Pledges in the list

Click Process all self-pledges outstanding.

On the confirmation screen, click Process.
Tip: If a Delayed Self-Pledge fails to process, the pledge displays in the list of outstanding self-pledges and must be processed again.
