Yes/No Questions

Use the Yes/No question type to get the appropriate Yes or No response. You can record the response in a specific field in the constituent record of each participant who submits the page containing this question.

A Yes/No question displays with the question or statement above a drop-down list that contains Yes and No as the two possible answer selections and looks similar to the following.

Respondents can select either Yes or No as their response unless the question is marked as Required, which means they MUST select one of the responses.
