Regional (Cross-Event) Companies
When Regional Companies are enabled, you can associate a Regional Company with multiple events of the same event type as a Cross-Event Company. This feature is especially useful for nationwide campaigns where a company wants to participate only in specific regions.
Tip: Both National and Regional Companies are Cross-Event Companies. National Companies are often large organizations. Regional Companies work well to target specific states or regions. By default, National Companies are enabled on your site. Contact Blackbaud Support to enable Regional Companies.
For example, if a Fun Run has TeamRaiser events in every state, the regional team might choose to associate only with the South Carolina and Texas events.
After enabling Regional Companies, you can:

Assign a Company Coordinator to oversee the Regional Company.

Customize company pages that are visible to visitors and donors for each event.

View the number of teams and individuals associated with each Regional Company.
