Edit a team page
From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaisers list page, click Manage from the Action column of the appropriate event.
Click the Teams tab.
From Related Actions, click Edit Team Page.
For Style, select an option or keep the default.
For Layout, choose an option to control the way the page displays.
Tip: Select Responsive to have the system automatically adapt the pages to a user's screen size.
For Team Description, enter a few sentences about the team's purpose and team members, for example.
For Team Photo, to insert:
If your image has been uploaded to the Image Library, click Search the Image Library and click Upload Image after selecting your image.
If your image has not been uploaded to the Image Library, click Browse to find your image and click Open after selecting your image. Click Upload Image.
A series of images that randomly display from a photo album (through the Photo Album application), select the photo album and enter an appropriate caption to display for the entire series.
For the Status Indicator 1 and 2 to:
Change the label that displays as above this status indicator, enter the new text in the Title field.
Display the default thermometer instead of the scrolling list of team member names and the amount they raise, select Team Status from the Style drop-down.
Display the progress in terms of donations received instead of money raised, select Donation Count from the Rank by drop-down.
Remove them from the page completely, click None from the Style menu.
For the Donor List that displays the five most current donors who have given a gift to the team and a link to the entire list of donors:
Change the label that displays as above this status indicator, enter the new text in the Recent Donor Label field.
Change label that displays as the link to the full list, enter the new text in the Link Text field.
Hide the Donor List, click None from the Type drop-down.
For the Donate button that displays on the page, to swap the default link with a button image from:
The image library, click Search the Image Library, locate the name of the image in the pop-up, and click Select from its Actions column.
Your computer or a shared network resource, click Browse to locate and open the image file, and then click Upload Image.
In the HTML area, enter more descriptive or purpose details. Use the full power of the WYSIWYG in the content editor to format text, insert images and links, and so on.
To create a shortcut to the team page to make it easy to remember, enter your choice in the field provided.
Click Preview to be sure the page looks as you intended.
To make modifications, go back to the appropriate section and make them.
Tip: Tip: Click Save and Continue Editing to keep the changes you want.
- Click Save to save the changes to this page.
