L-Tags are "template literal" tags. Use L-Tags to avoid an S-Tag from being evaluated.
To generate the literals, use [[, ::, and ]] and the tags [[LL]], [[LC]], and [[LR]] respectively. This allows templates to be used to generate other templates.
