Learn about the key features of the application provided by the publisher. If available, use the support links in the left navigation to go to the application's resources. Before you connect any application, we recommend you contact the publisher for more information.

Tip: To contact publishers, you must be signed in with your Blackbaud ID.

Depending on your role in your Blackbaud environment and if you have a Marketplace-enabled Blackbaud product, you may see Getting started or Connect. Enhanced security ensures only users with Marketplace admin permissions can connect or disconnect applications, however non-admins can use the getting started to learn how to contact their organization's admin(s) to request an application.

Report to Blackbaud

To help ensure quality and security, Blackbaud evaluates all applications submitted to the Blackbaud Marketplace. However, if you suspect an application is malicious or doesn't adhere to the Blackbaud Marketplace policy, report it to Blackbaud for further review.In the left navigation, to send an email to Blackbaud select Report to Blackbaud.
