Welcome to the Blackbaud Marketplace

The Blackbaud Marketplace is where you and your organization can discover and manage applications and services from Blackbaud, Blackbaud Partners, and 3rd party publishers. Applications can be connected to a Blackbaud environment to integrate with your Blackbaud software. Applications may, like services, also have no direct integration with Blackbaud software, but provide a complementary capability.

Within the Blackbaud Marketplace, you can also connect custom applications that leverage SKY API to your environment on the Manage page. For example, a developer at your organization can build an application purpose-built for your organization and connect it to just your organization's environment.

Key features include:

  • On the Browse page, discover applications and services that benefit your organization.

    Tip: The solutions found on the Browse page can be from Blackbaud or 3rd party publishers who have an active Partner agreement with Blackbaud. The publisher is responsible for all the content related to the solution. Blackbaud is not responsible for the accuracy of the content provided by 3rd party publishers. The solution will be subject to the terms provided by the publisher. If the solution is published by Blackbaud, it is subject to the terms outlined in your Blackbaud agreement.

  • Filters, such as Collections, Categories, and Regions, help you find which applications and services are new, most popular, compatible with your Blackbaud product, and more!

  • While everyone with a Blackbaud ID in your environment can browse and see what’s possible, enhanced security ensures only users with Marketplace admin permissions can connect or disconnect applications from your Blackbaud environment.

  • See at a glance which applications are connected to your Blackbaud environment.

  • Quickly navigate to the Marketplace from the Solutions menu in the upper left of your Blackbaud-ID supported products.

  • To get updates when new applications are added, stop by the Blackbaud Marketplace regularly.
