MobilePay Terminal Troubleshooting

If your terminal doesn't appear under Available terminals in the app, or if you receive an error when you try to connect, try these troubleshooting tips:

  1. Restart the MobilePay Terminal app and try to connect again.

    Tip: Restarting the app often helps it apply the latest updates and fixes.

  2. From your mobile device's settings, verify Bluetooth is enabled.

  3. Verify your mobile device has an active wireless or data connection.

  4. Verify the terminal is charged, powered on, and within your mobile device's Bluetooth reception range.

  5. Restart the terminal and try to connect again.
