Manage Your Personal Information
You can access and manage your personal information at any time. This includes correcting your personal information, downloading your account data, closing your account altogether, and deleting your personal information from the system.

You can correct your personal information in your Blackbaud ID (BBID) account and in the My Account area in NPOconnect.

In NPOconnect, click on your account icon in the navigation and then My account.

In the Personal Information section, make changes to the following fields:

Phone (Optional)

Job title (Optional)

In the Settings section, click on the Language dropdown to choose the language the site displays in and then Save.
You can view and download your account data from My Account.
Note: Your password is required to verify your identity.

In NPOconnect, click on your account icon in the navigation and then My account.

In the Manage My Account section, click on the View and download data link next to Download my data.

In the Download My Data screen, you can view your personal information, including Name, Email, Phone Number, and Job Title.

Click on the Download button to export your data to a
CSV
file.
The downloaded CSV
file includes your personal information, such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.
In the event that you no longer want to use NPOconnect and do not want to keep your data stored in the system, you can delete your account entirely.
Warning: Deleting your account removes your access to NPOconnect and all of your data. This is final and cannot be undone.

In NPOconnect, click on your account icon in the navigation and then My account.

In the Manage My Account section, click on the Verify identity and delete link next to Delete my account.

In the Delete My Account screen, enter your current password.

To finalize deletion, click on the Delete my account button. Otherwise, click Cancel.
After your account is deleted, you will be signed out of the system and will not be able to sign in again. If you choose to rejoin the NPOconnect Nonprofit Platform, you must create a new account.
You can formally submit an opt-out or deletion request with Blackbaud, if desired. To do so, complete the Blackbaud Data Subject Rights Request form. A link to this form is also available in the footer of the Sign In page of NPOconnect.
