How often will prospects receive invitation reminders?

Prospective admins that have a status of Outstanding will receive an invitation email periodically if they have not registered or opted of outreach.

The frequency at which these emails are sent is shown below.

1. Outreach 1 is sent when they are first added to the system.

2. Outreach 2 is sent 3 business days after Outreach 1.

3. Outreach 3 is sent 1 week after Outreach 2.

4. Outreach 4 is sent 1 week after Outreach 3.

5. Outreach 5 is sent 1 month after Outreach 4.

6. Outreach 6 is sent 1 month after Outreach 5.

If they have not taken any action after Outreach 6 , their status in the system will be automatically updated to No response. At this point, they will no longer be sent automated outreach communications. However, you can manually resend the outreach invitation email if desired.

Note: Prospects will not receive any reminders if they are part of an organization that is currently inactive in NPOconnect.

Tip: If the prospect was added from a Vetting Request, they will not receive the standard Prospective Administrator Outreach email. Instead, they will receive outreach emails specifically for vetting.
