California Assembly Bill 488
Action may be required
Organizations not in "good standing" in California will be emailed monthly until they've been removed from revocation lists
As part of our compliance with California Assembly Bill 488 (CA AB 488), we automatically notify active Nonprofit Administrators via email if your organization is added to one or more of the California revocation lists. With this release, we will continue to notify your organization via email monthly until your organization no longer appears on these revocation lists.
The email sent from NPOconnect is titled Take action: Your organization appears to not be in "good standing" in California. If you receive this notification, please see California Assembly Bill 488: FAQs for Nonprofit Admins to learn more about how this may impact your organization and what actions you should take.
