Verify Volunteer Hours

You can take action on volunteer hours from the Volunteering area. This includes actioning pending hours as well as viewing verified and rejected hours.

  1. Navigate to the Volunteering area.

  2. Click on the Volunteer Hour Verification tile.

  3. Select the Pending verification option from the dropdown.

  4. Search for the volunteer or company.

    Note: Alternatively, click on the Refresh icon to pull all results.

  5. Optional - Click on the filter icon to apply filters for:

    • Grant Request Amount

    • Submission Date

  6. To verify the hours, click on the ellipsis icon next to it.

  7. To deny it, click on the red x.

 

  1. Navigate to the Volunteering area.

  2. Click on the Volunteer Hour Verification tile.

  3. Select the Verified option from the dropdown.

  4. Search for the volunteer or company.

    Note: Alternatively, click on the Refresh icon to pull all results.

  5. Optional - Click on the filter icon to apply filters for:

    • Grant Request Amount

    • Submission Date

 

  1. Navigate to the Volunteering area.

  2. Click on the Volunteer Hour Verification tile.

  3. Select the Rejected option from the dropdown.

  4. Search for the volunteer or company.

    Note: Alternatively, click on the Refresh icon to pull all results.

  5. Optional - Click on the filter icon to apply filters for:

    • Grant Request Amount

    • Submission Date
