Form Designer

You can add, edit, remove, arrange, and style fields and content — such as headers and buttons — on a donation form you're creating or editing. To add fields and content, edit or create a form from Tools, Donation form designer.

  • To add a field or content, move it from Form designer to the donation form.

  • To edit a field or content, under Form, select Click to edit on the field on the donation form.

  • To remove a field or content, under Form, select Delete on the field on the donation form.

Note: You can configure most components on a donation form. However, donor information, gift options and payment button are not removable because they're required to make a gift.

Add fields to give donors an opportunity to contribute up-to-date information, such as address, communication preferences, and phone. For more information, see Fields.

Content components can be used to customize your donation forms or make them more visually appealing, such adding a header to a section. For more information, see Donation Form Content.

Add-ins are partner integrations from Blackbaud Marketplace partners. To use add-ins on your forms, your organization must connect with an applicable partner. For more information, see Blackbaud Marketplace.

To help constituents recognize your donation forms and trust that their online gifts support your cause, you can style them to match your organization's branding. Under Form designer, Style, you can customizze the overall look and feel of your form.
