Fields
To gather details about donors, such as their phone numbers and whether they'd like to give anonymously, you can add fields to donation forms.
Note: To edit default fields and those you've added, hover over the section to change and select Click to edit. The Address field can be removed, but you can't configure it.

To ensure you collect up-to-date information from donors, Address is on forms by default.

to collect information about your donors, such as the number of family members in their households, add custom fields to your forms. You can add a field only once to a form, but you can add it to multiple forms. The types of fields available to use on donation forms are text, number, date, table, and Yes/No.
Note: The Yes/No field is a checkbox. When a donor leaves it unchecked on a form, a "No" response is recorded.
When you add a custom field to a form, you can change the label that displays and select whether a response is required.
Tip: To configure and add new custom fields in the database view, from Configuration, select Attributes. After you configure an attribute or custom field, you can add it to donation forms. If a field is set to only allow one per record, any existing data in the field is overwritten. For more information, see Custom fields.
