Action Overview Analysis
With actions, fundraisers can track the interactions and tasks required to cultivate their relationships with constituents. To track the overall progress of your fundraisers' tasks and interactions, you can view how many actions meet the filters under Action overview in Analysis, Fundraising dashboards, Actions. In addition to the Actions total, you can also view how many are:

With the Past due count, you can view how many actions — based on the filters — are past their due date and not marked as complete. To keep constituents engaged, determine why these tasks and interactions stalled out and prioritize their completion.

With the Upcoming count, you can view how many actions — based on the filters — have due dates in the future and are not yet marked as complete. To ensure timely activity, plan to complete these actions by their due dates.

With the Completed count, you can view how many actions — based on the filters — are marked as complete. Nice work! To continue to cultivate relationships with constituents, plan follow-up interactions as necessary.
