Calendar Appointments
To help remind you of when an action takes place, you can create a calendar appointment, such as a reminder about a phone call or follow-up meeting. You can choose whether to always download appointments as .ics files, or automatically add them to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook 365.

From the action's record, select Add to calendar .

Choose when — on the action's date — the appointment should appear on your calendar.
Tip: To add the appointment to another day, edit the action's date. For more information, see Action Records.
Tip: To specify whether to always download appointments as .ics files or automatically add them to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook 365, select Change calendar preferences.

Select Download appointment or Add to calendar.
Tip: When you create an appointment, it appears on your personal calendar. To remind someone else of the action, forward them the appointment through your calendar app.
When you add an appointment, you can set how you want to add actions to your calendar. You can download calendar appointments as .ics files, which are used by Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCalendar, and other calendar solutions. You can also choose to automatically add appointments to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook 365.
Tip: Google Chrome for iOS doesn't support downloading calendar files. On iOS, use Safari or another browser, or select Send to Google calendar or Send to Outlook 365 calendar in your calendar preferences.

From an action's record, select Add to calendar .

Select Change calendar preferences.

To add appointments to Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCalendar, or another calendar as an .ics file, select Download appointment as a file.

To automatically add appointments to Google Calendar, select Send to Google calendar.

To automatically add appointments to Microsoft Outlook 365, select Send to Outlook 365 calendar.
Tip: To automatically add appointments to your calendar, you may need to disable pop-up blockers in your browser and allow Raiser's Edge NXT to send information to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook 365.
