Communications Overview

From Communications, Overview, you can track upcoming communications sent by your organization, assess your organization’s appeal success, and connect Raiser’s Edge NXT with Constant Contact.

Planned communications tile — To help you monitor the communications sent by your organization, use the information on the Planned communications tile to quickly assess any upcoming communications, date of communication, as well as its channel, source, amount of recipients, and status.

Appeal tracker tile — To help you monitor and analyze the effectiveness of your appeals, use the information on the Appeal tracker tile to quickly assess which appeals are generating the most donations and identify areas for potential improvement. After you add appeals, you must keep at least one appeal on the tile.

Connect Constant Contact — To help you reach fundraising and marketing goals, connect Raiser's Edge NXT with Constant Contact. Under Related links, select Connect Constant Contact to sign up. For more information, see Constant Contact Integration.
