Get started

  1. If you don't have a Constant Contact account yet, you can sign up for a free trial. To learn what's included in the trial, see our FAQs.

  2. Access the setup configuration from either Raiser's Edge NXT or Blackbaud Marketplace:

    Note: Admins must have the Marketplace role to connect applications. See Permissions to connect applications.

    1. In Raiser's Edge NXT, select Communications, then Overview.

    2. Under Related links, select Connect Constant Contact to sign up.

    1. From Blackbaud Marketplace, select Browse.

    2. In the list of applications, select Constant Contact.

    3. Select Get Started to sign up.

  3. Complete integration as described in Connect your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT account with Constant Contact.

How to disconnect

To disconnect Constant Contact, navigate to Blackbaud Marketplace. From Browse, select Constant Contact in the list of applications. Select Disconnect.
