Comparisons and Summaries Report
With the Comparisons and Summaries Report, you can compare two time periods or view a summary of up to five time periods.
Report type
When you add or edit a report, from the General tab, under Report type, you can select the type of report to generate:

Comparison — Select a single field, such as constituent code or gift size, to compare over a maximum of two periods. You can include the variance, or difference, between the time periods as either a percentage or dollar amount.

Summary — Select a single field to summarize over a maximum of five periods.
Note: The summary version of the report doesn't support variance.
