Consent Settings
With Consent settings, you can configure which solicit codes to add or remove on constituent records when a constituent chooses to opt in or opt out.
For example, for an opt-out response to email, you could assign a “Do not email” solicit code and remove a “Send all email” solicit code (if it was already assigned).
Note: Solicit code mapping in web view applies only to category-level consent. Channel-level solicit code mapping is still managed in database view and will be available in web view in a future release.
To get started, map each category you plan to manage consent for.
Tip: Review Solicit Codes for more information.
From Settings, Control Panel, select Consent management to access:
Consent channels — The channels and their categories your organization uses to track consent.
Default consent statement — The consent statement available to users when creating consent records.
Default privacy policy — The privacy policy available to users when creating consent records.

From Settings, Control panel, select Consent settings.
Select the ellipsis menu and choose Edit channel settings.

Under Opt-in consent workflow, search for and select solicit codes to be added and removed by opt-in consent.
Under Opt-out consent workflow, search for and select solicit codes to be added and removed by opt-in consent.
Select Save.
