Donor Category Report

The Donor Category Report provides a list of giving levels that you define, such as benefactor or patron, based on the total donated during a chosen time period. Donor categories provide a way for you to consider prospects and evaluate engaging approaches.
Note: You can manage Donor Categories in Tables. For more information, see Tables.
Report type
When you add or edit a report, from the General tab, under Report type, you can select the type of report to generate:

Summary — Include the number of constituents in each category and the total donated.

Detail — Include constituent names with the amount donated per constituent.
