Fundraiser Analysis for Actions and Opportunities
With actions, you can track the interactions and tasks required to cultivate relationships with
Under Actions, you can quickly compare how many actions are assigned to each fundraiser — based on the filters — under Actions by fundraiser. For each fundraiser, you can view how many actions of each category they manage. With this information, you can easily compare workloads and identify which action categories each fundraiser prefers.
Tip: To view how many actions of each category aren't assigned to a fundraiser, select None found in the Action assigned to filter.
To assign an action to someone else, such as to increase its coverage or adjust workloads, edit the action and choose a different fundraiser. For more information, see Actions.
Under Opportunities, you can quickly compare how many opportunities — based on the filters — each fundraiser manages under Opportunities by fundraiser. To view and manage a list of opportunities assigned to a fundraiser, select their bar in a chart. With this information, you can easily identify anyone managing too many opportunities and who can take on additional efforts.
Tip: To view how many opportunities aren't assigned to a fundraiser, select None found in the Fundraiser filter.

Tip: To view a list of records included in the number-crunching, select the total or metric. For further analysis, select Create list to open the list in Lists, where you can apply additional filters, choose columns, and save for future reuse. For more information, see Lists.
