Analyze fundraiser actions and opportunities
Use actions to track interactions and tasks required to build relationships with constituents and secure gifts. Use opportunities to plan and track relationships with prospects and secure major gifts. Assign actions and opportunities to fundraisers to manage efforts and ensure balanced workloads. Compare the number of actions or opportunities each fundraiser manages in Analysis, Fundraising dashboards.
Actions by fundraiser
Compare how many actions are assigned to each fundraiser under Actions, Actions by fundraiser. For each fundraiser, view the number of actions in each category they manage. Use this information to compare workloads and identify preferred action categories.
Tip: To view actions in each category that aren't assigned to a fundraiser, select None found in the Action assigned to filter.
To assign an action to someone else, edit the action and choose a different fundraiser. For more information, see Actions.
Opportunities by fundraiser
Compare how many opportunities each fundraiser manages under Opportunities, Opportunities by fundraiser. To view and manage a list of opportunities assigned to a fundraiser, select their bar in the chart. Use this information to identify fundraisers managing too many opportunities and who can take on more.
Tip: To view opportunities not assigned to a fundraiser, select None found in the Fundraiser filter.
To assign an opportunity to someone else, edit the opportunity record and choose a different fundraiser. For more information, see Opportunity records.
Tip: To view a list of records included in the metrics, select the total or metric. For further analysis, select Create list to open the list in Lists, where you can apply filters, choose columns, and save for future use. For more information, see Lists.
