Fundraising Work Center Rights
In Portfolio, Work center, fundraisers at your organization have everything they manage to cultivate relationships

When you edit a fundraising role, you can choose which tabs in Work center its users can access, such as if they manage constituent relationships and actions but not giving.
-
Portfolio — The role can view and manage a list of its assigned constituents.
-
Gifts — The role can view a list of gifts received from its assigned constituents, including giving they don't receive credit for.
-
Actions — The role can view and manage a list of its assigned tasks and interactions, and those for its assigned constituents. For more information, see Actions.
-
Work opportunities — With Prospect Research Management, the role can view and manage a list of its assigned opportunities — such as to cultivate major donor relationships and major gifts — and those for its assigned constituents. For more information, see Opportunities.
-
Unassigned — The role can view and manage a list of active constituents who aren't assigned to a fundraiser, such as to assign them to those who would best cultivate the relationships. For more information, see Unassigned Constituents.
With the Access all tabs task, the role can view all tabs in Work center
Note: When you edit a role's security, you can manage its access to the Opportunities tab under Opportunities tasks.

Some people — such as fundraising team managers — need to easily view or track others' assignments. When you edit a fundraising role, you can choose whether its users can view Work center as another fundraiser. With these rights, users can choose which fundraiser's assignments to view in Work center.

Some people may need to use information from a tab in their work center with a spreadsheet application such as in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis or offline reference. When you edit a fundraising role, you can choose whether its users can export a tab as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
Tip: To help protect and control your constituents' personal data, we recommend you enable only appropriate people to export from Raiser's Edge NXT.
