Customize the Home Page

When you customize your Home page, you select which information is important for you to see when you log in each day. The choices you make here are custom to you, and once selected, you can then further configure many of the tiles. To determine if a tile can be further configured, from the Home page, look for the gear icon on the tile.

To customize your Home page, from the Home page, select Customize page.

When you set up your home page, you decide:

• which standard and SKY Add-in tiles to display,

• which links to display, and

• who's on your fundraising team.

Data refresh

The data you see on the Home page is not refreshed immediately upon page load. For example, for Prospect Insights, Major giving likelihood, Target gift range, and projected giving and wealth information are updated quarterly. Untapped candidates and Needs attention lists update nightly. For other dashboard tiles, the data may take up to 60 minutes to refresh, especially if the records were added within the last hour.
