Apply a Workflow to a List

To use an automated series of interactions or tasks to cultivate your relationship with a list of constituents, such as to convert non-donors to donors, you can apply a workflow directly from a constituent list.

  1. From a constituent list, select More, Apply workflow.

  2. Choose the workflow to apply.

Tip: A workflow automates a sequence of steps — such as emails, tasks, and wait periods — for each constituent in the list. Use workflows to scale personalized outreach without manual effort.
