Parent Class Analysis Report

The Parent Class Analysis report helps you understand how parents of alumni contribute to your organization by class year. Use it to track parent giving trends, measure participation rates across graduating classes, and identify opportunities to strengthen parent engagement. This report is designed for education organizations and is available only to organizations with Alumni Tracking.

Note: Establish a parent-child relationship in the constituent record for information to appear on this report.

The report supports the following output modes:

• Detail: Lists each parent by class year with individual gift amounts, pledge totals, and pledge balances for the time period you select.

• Summary: Aggregates giving at the class level, showing the number of parent donors, participation percentages, and total gift amounts across classes.

• Both: Generates both a detail and a summary version at once.

If you choose to create an output query, you can use it later to generate mailing lists.
