Pledge Schedule
When a donor commits to give in the future, you can view how many installments they committed to pay (and how often) on the record of the pledged gift under Pledge schedule. To view the complete list of previous and upcoming payments
When you add a pledge gift in the web view, you can set its installment schedule:

Single - One installment on the start date.

Monthly — Installments are once a month from the day of the initial payment. If the initial payment date is the 31st of the month, subsequent payments will occur on the last available day of the subsequent months.

Every two weeks - Installments are every 14 days and equal 26 payments a year.

Quarterly - Installments are every three months.

Annually - Installments are on the same date each year. If the date isn't available, such as during a leap year, the payment occurs on the prior available date.

Custom - Installments are on the date you enter for each installment. To add new installments, select Add an installment.

You can edit the schedule and their amounts on unpaid nstallments.

From the constituent's record, select pledge under Giving history.

Under Pledge schedule, select Edit.

Select the payment frequency requested by the donor.

Select Save.
