Embed a Constituent Form on Your Website

After you test and enable a constituent form to accept submissions, you may be ready to make it available to supporters. For the best experience, embed a constituent form on your organization's website to build trust and increase conversions.

Embed the Online Giving Loader Script

The Online Giving Loader Script allows you to embed constituent forms anywhere on your website. The script is unique to your Raiser's Edge NXT environment.

Place the loader script in:

  • the head section of the website,

  • a root location of the website, or

    Tip: When you embed the Online Giving Loader Script in a root location of your website, you only embed it one time. After you embed it, the script loads on every page so you can embed your constituent form anywhere on your website.

  • a webpage.

  1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

  2. Select the form to embed.

  3. Under Publish methods, select Copy for Embed loader script.

    Note: If you use Blackbaud Website Package, you will contact Blackbaud Website Package Support and give them the copied loader script. They will embed the script in the <head> of your site's webpages.

Embed the Constituent Form

  1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

  2. Select the form to embed.

  3. Under Publish methods, select Copy for Embed form.

  4. Select Copy to copy the HTML code to embed on the webpage.

  5. Embed the HTML code in the body of the webpage where you want the for to display.
