Online constituent forms help drive engagement and save time with streamlined data entry by growing your constituent base and updating constituent information. Constituent forms make it easy for constituents to update their profile, choose communication preferences, and collect additional information on your website.

Some examples of online constituent forms include:

• Update constituent profile information.

• Find out what areas of your mission constituents would like to support.

Before you begin, review the prerequisites. Then, from Online Giving, select Constituent forms to build and configure a form.

How Submissions Flow into Raiser's Edge NXT

Depending on how Online data review is set, after supporters submit a form, constituent updates and new constituents flow:

• Directly to Constituents without the need to review the submissions, or

• To Gifts, Overview where you review only unmatched constituents or all submissions.
