Duplicate Management

Periodically reviewing potential duplicate records is important to maintain the health of your data. Eliminating duplicates can help you save unnecessary mailing costs, better communicate with your constituents, and increase the accuracy of your data and reports. In Tools, Data Health, under Possible duplicates, you can view statistics about potential duplicate records:

  • All possible duplicates — The total amount of possible duplicate records, including those with a zero confidence rating.

  • Duplicates with higher confidence — The amount of possible duplicate records with a confidence level of 1,2, and 3.

Raiser's Edge NXT automatically identifies these potential duplicates and refreshes them multiple times a day.
