Review Donation Form Activity

The Summary helps you understand how an individual donation form is performing. To view it, select a form from Online Giving, Donation forms, then view its results under Summary.

Summary

The Summary displays ongoing totals across all transactions processed through the form.

  • Gifts shows the total amount raised from the form. It includes one-time gifts and the first payment from recurring gifts.

  • One-time gifts shows the total amount raised from one-time donations.

  • One-time transactions reflects completed one-time donation transactions.

  • First recurring gift payments shows the total collected from the first payment of each new recurring gift. It includes only the initial payment submitted through the form.

  • First recurring transactions reflects new recurring gifts created through the form. It includes only the first payment a donor submits when starting a recurring gift.

  • Conversion rate reflects how many visitors completed a donation after viewing the form.

  • Transactions reflects completed donations.

  • Page views reflects how many times supporters viewed the form.

  • Saved in processing fees shows the estimated fees your organization didn't pay because Blackbaud and donors covered fees for eligible transactions.

Recent Donations

Recent donations lists the 20 most recent donations submitted through the form. Select the ellipsis to export the list as a CSV or XLSX file.

Referral Visits Summary

The Referral visits summary shows data based on where donors accessed the form, including the number of page views, donations, and donation amounts per referring URL.

  • Referrer is the URL of the webpage the donor accessed the form from.

    Note: Some browsers remove the slash before the question mark in URLs. When this happens, the same URL can appear as two different referrers. One includes a slash before the question mark and the other does not.

  • Page views is the number of views per referrer.

  • Number of donations is the count of one-time gifts and the first payments of recurring gifts per referrer.

  • Donation amount is the gift amount of one-time gifts and the first payments of recurring gifts per referrer.
