Publish Donation Forms

After you choose to accept gifts through a donation form, you may be ready to publish the form. You can:

• Embed a Standard Donation Form on a specific webpage to make it available to donors.

• Embed the Optimized Loader Script on your website so an Optimized Donation Forms can be made available to donors from any webpage on the site.

• Add a donation form's Blackbaud-hosted link to your website if you are unable to embed a Standard Form or the Optimized Loader Script.

• Download a donation form's QR code to add to an email or printed materials.

Unpublish a Donation Form

To unpublish a donation form when you no longer want it to accept donations, you can:

• Remove it from the webpage where it displays.

• Remove links to the form.

• Close the form.

• Delete the form.

  Warning: If you delete a donation form all performance information and statistics will no longer be available. However, recurring gifts will still continue to process.
