Send Receipts to Donors

When you use gift receipting in Raiser's Edge NXT, you can enable emailed receipts for gifts that come through a donation form. Raiser's Edge NXT sends the receipts to donors after you approve their donations in a gift batch. This is a separate process from the Thank you email sent after the donor submits their gift through the donation form.

1. From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

2. Create a new donation form or locate one to edit.

3. From Confirmations, under Receipt select the gift types to email receipts for.

4. Select an email receipt template for each gift type.

5. Select a receipt series for the receipts.

6. Continue editing the form or save your changes.
