Send Receipts to Donors

If you use gift receipting in Raiser's Edge NXT, you can enable emailed receipts through a donation form. They are sent automatically and separately from the Thank you email after approving the donations in a gift batch.

1. From Online Giving, Donation forms, create or edit a form.

2. From Confirmations, under Receipt select which gift types you want to enable receipts for.

3. Select an email receipt template for each gift type.

4. Select a receipt series for the receipts.

5. Continue editing the form or save it.
