Add Fee Coverage to Online Forms
To give donors the option to help minimize your transaction costs, enable donor cover or Complete Coverâ„¢ on your donation and online registration forms.
Fee coverage for donation forms

From Online Giving, Donation forms, create or edit a form.

Under Payment and fees, select a payment configuration for a Blackbaud Merchant Services account.

Under Fee coverage, choose how to cover fees.

From Events, Overview, edit or create a new event.

From the event, edit or add a form under Online registration forms.

From Get started, select a payment configuration under Process payments with.

Under Fee coverage, choose how to cover fees.
For online forms that use donor cover, you can set a donor cover fund so that the fees are accounted for separately from gift and registration payments.
If a donor cover fund isn't set:

For forms with only one fund, the donor cover amount is assigned that fund.

For forms with multiple funds, the donor cover amount is assigned to the first fund the donor chooses.
