Gift Management Settings

Configure gift management settings to help you manage retries for failed payments, set a donor cover fund, protect donor data, and streamline gift handling. From Settings, Control panel, select Gift management to:

• Set how many times to retry failed credit card recurring payments.

• Secure credit card transactions with point-to-point encryption.

• Assign a fund to cover transaction fees for donations and online registrations.

• Convert manual recurring gifts to automated payments.

• Set how to review and link transactions from donation forms to constituent records.
