Add an Appeal to Membership and Donation Forms

Appeals are the solicitations your organization uses to ask supporter for help in your fundraising efforts, such as direct mailings. After a supporter gives through a form, the appeal appears on the gift record.

Add an Appeal to a Donation Form

  1. From Online Giving, Donation forms, select a form to edit or create a new one.

  2. From Hidden fields, select an appeal.

  3. Continue to edit the form and save it.

Add an Appeal to a Membership Form

  1. From Online Giving, Membership forms, select a form to edit or create a new one.

  2. From Get started, under Hidden fields, select an appeal.

  3. Continue to edit the form and save it.
