Online data review security
From Data Management, Online data review, you can review unmatched transactions from donation forms and match them to constituent records. See Online data review for additional information.
To manage who can use and see these features, admins can provide access from Security.
Grant access to review online data

Under Security, select Role management.

Under Data management roles, select Edit role from an existing role's menu or create a new role.

Under Online data tasks. select Review Online data.

Select Save.
Once you set up the role access, you can assign it to users.
Grant access to manage Online data review settings

Under Security, select Role Management.

Under Settings roles, select Edit role from an existing role's menu or create a new role.

Under Data management tasks, select Manage online data review settings.

Select Save.
With this option enabled, Online data review settings can be adjusted for manual review of transactions.
Note: In the database view, assign users to a security group with rights to the Constituent record type that includes all Biographical, Address, and Phone privileges to manage unmatched transactions in Online data review.
Assign users a role with Online data review permissions

Under Security, select User Management.

Select Manage roles from the user's menu in the list.

Under Data management, select the role to which you assigned the Review online data permission.

Select Save.
