Analysis

Use the Analysis page to evaluate the impact of your prospecting efforts. The visualizations show the actions you've taken and the outcomes you're seeing, giving you an overview of your major gift strategy.

The Analysis page includes the following:

• Portfolio summary: displays the number of prospects you’ve qualified and assigned, plus your current portfolio status with projected Target gift ranges for assigned prospects. Use this to:

  • Monitor your initial prospecting activities

  • Assess portfolio potential based on Target gift range values.

• Giving: shows giving to your organization by assigned prospects for the past few calendar years. Use this to

  • Explore total and mean cumulative giving trends over time

  • See how assigned prospects are distributed across giving levels
