Prospects
The Prospects list displays prospects assigned to fundraisers, including those temporarily removed from the Undergiving list for six or twelve months and those dismissed from the Low likelihood list.
Depending on your role and permissions, you'll see either Your prospects or All assigned prospects. Select a prospect to view their information. If you have permission to view All assigned prospects, you'll also see the assigned fundraiser. For more information on permissions, see Roles, tasks, and permissions and Permissions.
Filter prospects
To display only prospects in the Low likelihood or Undergiving list, select the list from the queue filter.
To filter All assigned prospects by assigned fundraisers, select them from Fundraiser. Fundraisers appear in the list if they have ever been assigned to a prospect.
Note: The Fundraiser filter and queue filter are interconnected, so selections from either filter impact the list of displayed prospects.
