Enable Giving History and Giving in Portal

You can allow constituents to view their lifetime giving history and to give in the portal through a Standard Donation Form.

Tip: If you enable Credit payment methods or Bank payment methods, constituents can use their saved payment methods to make their donations.

Giving in portal

1. From Settings, Tools, select Portal features.

2. Under Giving in portal, select Enable feature.

3. Select a donation form.

   Tip: The form you select determines the gift types, amounts, and fields shown to constituents when they select Give from the portal.

To turn off giving in the portal, select Disable feature.

Giving history

1. From Settings, Tools, select Portal features.

2. Under Giving historyl, select Enable feature.

To turn off giving history, select Disable feature.
