Portal Giving History

On the Giving history page, a portal user can view their lifetime giving with your organization, including online and offline gifts.

The giving history includes this information about each gift: gift date, gift amount, fund, payment information, and gift type.

These are the gift types that appear in the portal and what they're called in the program:

Note: Pledge gifts or gift subtypes defined by your organization in database view do not appear in the portal.

Tip: The constituent's portion of a matching gift appears in the portal as One-time, One-time (Pledge), Gift-in-kind, Recurring, Stock/Property, Stock/Property (Sold), or Other.
