Manage Portal Access

To access the portal, constituents log in with a Blackbaud ID. This account links the user's portal profile to their constituent record in Raiser's Edge NXT.

Tip: As an admin, you can view the portal using its URL.

You can manage a user's access to the portal from their constituent record.

1. Find and select the constituent, from:

   • Constituents, Constituent lists, or

   • Use Search and enter their name.

2. Under Portal, view their:

   • Invitation status to see if they are Not invited, Pending, Accepted, or Expired.

   • Blackbaud ID account to see the email address linked to their Blackbaud ID.

     Tip: If this email address is the wrong one, select Unlink from record and send a new invitation to the correct email address.

   • Last portal login date.
