Workflow statuses
By viewing workflow statuses, you'll know which ones are continuing to run, scheduled, or archived. Statuses can be viewed under the home page or All workflows page.
The workflow has been activated or scheduled to activate at a specific date and time.
Note: While a workflow is in Activating status, you can Deactivate it for any reason.
The workflow is archived and is no longer in use. You can only archive workflows that are in the Draft, Deactivated, or Finished status, and you can only view an archived workflow.
The workflow isn't activated.
Note: Once a workflow is Running, it can no longer be in Draft status.
The workflow is activated.
Note: Once a workflow is Running, you can only edit the fields on an action. Select the action's menu icon, Edit step, then change the action fields as needed. For more information about the action fields, see Workflow steps.
