Application details
To help Blackbaud customers get to know your application, provide key details for your Marketplace listing. Select Edit to choose the type of details you want to add or edit.

This short description summarizes and markets your application's unique solution to Blackbaud users on the Blackbaud Marketplace home page. The preview is to scale of how it will appear.
The description is limited to 300 characters. However, we recommend you use fewer characters to make sure that the information fits well. If you do not provide a description, the information you provide in Add an application is used instead.

Select only the solutions that your application was purpose built to work with. This is a required field to be listed in the Marketplace and is used in the Marketplace filter.

Blackbaud requires that you provide additional URLs to support Blackbaud users. The URLs are limited to 150 characters.
Get started link – The get started link is provided to Blackbaud admin users when they connect your application to their Blackbaud environment. The link should help them with your required next steps for setting up and using your solution.
Customer support link – As the publisher, you are responsible for providing support to Blackbaud customers using your application. Provide them with a link to your support page where they can receive assistance.
Privacy policy link – Provide Blackbaud customers with the necessary information about how their data will be protected.
License agreement link – Provide Blackbaud customers with the terms of use for your solution.

In the Marketplace on your application page, when a Blackbaud customer selects Contact us, an inquiry email is sent to you.
The default value is the email address of the developer who initially registered the application. Consider changing the default value to the email address of the team or person who responds to customer questions.

The default value is the email address of the developer who initially registered the application. We recommend you cage the default value to the email address of the team or person who responds to customer reviews.

For the Blackbaud Marketplace, select whether your application charges a subscription or fee for use. By default, we do not set the pricing for your application.
Here are a few examples when you may want to select the free tier.

If you have a free tier that enables users to get started and start using without paying, select the free pricing.

If your application is an integration to another system or platform, and does not incur an additional cost for using the integration with Blackbaud, then you can select the free pricing.
For example, Blackbaud for Outlook is free, however Microsoft Outlook is a required application to use the integration.
If you charge a fee for use, set the toggle to Paid. Additionally, you can add a starting price to indicate the lowest paid price point for customer to purchase the application. The starting price will be displayed in the Blackbaud Marketplace application listing page.

Select the regions where your application is offered and can be supported.
Tip: If your solution isn't limited to a region, select Worldwide instead of Select All.
